Nikhita Gangla

Outreach Committee Chair

Nikhita is a Software Engineer at Lutron Electronics.
She graduated from Rice University in 2021 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. In her spare time, Nikhita like exploring coffee shops in Austin, paddleboarding, and yoga.

Shreya Prasad

Publicity Committee Chair

Shreya is a technical marketing manager, with a background in Electrical Engineering. She has worked in product support, product marketing, and program management at Caterpillar and Meta.

Shreya enjoys empowering others through:

  • Leading #IAMRemarkable workshops, where participants practice advocating for themselves inside and outside the workplace
  • Sharing tips and tricks for professional networking, by speaking to groups and writing articles.

Additionally, Shreya is a yoga teacher, encouraging others to take time for themselves, even for 5 minutes a day. 

Anusha Kotha

Financial Committee Chair

Anusha is a Senior SoC Design Engineer at Microsoft. 
Growing up in a small town with limited educational opportunities, I’ve always been driven by a strong desire to promote awareness of STEM fields. My journey has led me to collaborate with women from various backgrounds at Intel, where I empower them to unlock their potential and champion the development of their leadership abilities. My ultimate objective is to contribute meaningfully to society in any capacity I can. Beyond my daytime responsibilities, I find joy in traveling, immersing myself in books, expressing myself through dance, and engaging in outdoor activities like tennis and pickleball.

Victoria Lee

SWENext Committee Chair

Victoria is a Systems Engineer at Cloudfare. 
Victoria is a software engineer and native Austinite. She first became involved with SWE as a collegiate at The University of Texas at Austin and has held various leadership positions at both the section and society level, primarily focused on pre-college outreach. Outside of SWE, she enjoys learning foreign languages and reading.
